You will be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing tasks, and any other responsibilities needed to contribute to your team's victory. Responsibilities:

• Communication: Shows skill in transmitting messages to Guests, Management, and Store Associates in a clear and understandable manner
• Keep in line with the company's standards for the visual presentation of products
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Guest-centric approach: Making sure the customer is always the main concern
• Exactness: The ability to handle cash transactions with precision and ease

Skills and Knowledge

• Skilled in working independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in engaging in clear and confident communication with peers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Required to rise and move on foot.
• Communicate verbally through direct contact or telephone conversations.
• Apply manual touch and manipulation using hands to interact with objects or controls.
• Stretch out by using the hands and arms.
• Distinguish shades. Regularly required to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and hoist objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
