Responsibilities:

• Leading others in the context of staffing entails guiding and directing a team towards achieving common goals
• Customer service: maintains the customer as the central concern at all times
• Managing Inventory Effectiveness: regulating stock levels and optimizing inventory management techniques
• Merchandising: Ensuring compliance with Rally House's visual expectations through floor adjustments and product presentation
• Planning, coordinating, and putting into action

Skills and Knowledge:

• Capability to inspire and guide individuals or a team.
• Skilled at engaging in communication that is both confident and easy to understand.
• - Precision, a can-do attitude, competency in digital tools and online apps, a mindset open to growth, and an outgoing nature are all key elements

Qualifications:

• The age criterion for applicants is 18 years and above; previous retail experience of 1-2 years is mandatory, and candidates with experience in training and coaching will be given preference.
• Able to work a part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week, with an open availability that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as coverage for local sports events
• Hoping for a enduring role, with the ambition to advance into store management and enhance their career prospects within the realm of store operations
• The job entails standing and walking, engaging in verbal communication and listening, using hands to handle objects or operate controls, reaching out with hands and arms, and identifying different colors. It also involves regularly stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
