Your duties encompass showcasing merchandise effectively and possessing a deep knowledge of the products, completing transactions efficiently, and ensuring the store is always well-maintained. Your pivotal role is integral to ensuring that the store is fully equipped for game day excitement.

Your role involves supporting the routine activities, such as opening and closing duties, and any other essential tasks to ensure the team achieves success. Possessing a positive demeanor and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction will assist in fostering the unique Rally House ambiance that encourages fans to return regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Displays proficiency in conveying messages to Guests, Management, and Store Associates
• Adhere to the established guidelines for presenting merchandise in-store
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Priority on guests: Ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount
• Precision: Ensuring both comfort and accuracy while handling cash and processing payments

Skills and Knowledge

• Skilled in working independently with minimal guidance.
• Capable of articulating thoughts clearly and assertively when interacting with others.
• Being meticulous, maintaining a positive and eager mindset, possessing practical abilities essential for basic operation of digital gadgets and web-based programs, fostering a mindset focused on development, and exhibiting an extroverted demeanor

Qualifications

• Obliged to be on one's feet and move.
• Engage in dialogue whether through direct interaction or by using a telephone.
• Employ hands to interact with objects or operate controls through tactile contact.
• Stretch out with the hands and arms.
• Identify different shades. Often expected to bend down, kneel, lean, squat, and hoist items weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
