Your role includes merchandising, product knowledge, transaction processing, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure it is prepared for game days. Your involvement plays a vital part in ensuring the store is ready for the buzz of game days.

You will be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing tasks, and any other responsibilities needed to contribute to your team's victory. Responsibilities:

• Communication: Shows skill in transmitting messages to Guests, Management, and Store Associates in a clear and understandable manner
• Follow the recommended practices for maintaining the merchandising display
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Importance of customers: Making sure the guest's needs are always a priority
• Facility: Skillfully managing cash handling and transaction accuracy for customer satisfaction

Skills and Knowledge

• Accomplished in working under moderate levels of supervision.
• Capable of expressing thoughts with clarity and confidence in verbal exchanges.
• Evidencing a focus on details, exuding an enthusiastic approach, possessing the necessary functional skills for basic navigation of digital devices and online applications, nurturing a growth mindset, and displaying an outgoing temperament

Qualifications

• Required to rise and move on foot.
• Participate in conversations, whether through direct interaction or over the phone.
• Utilize tactile sensation and manual manipulation with hands to interact with objects and controls.
• Reach out by extending the hands and arms.
• Distinguish shades. Regularly required to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and hoist objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
