As the face of the brand, you are responsible for welcoming customers warmly, helping them find their preferred team merchandise, and nurturing long-lasting connections. Your role includes merchandising, product knowledge, transaction processing, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure it is prepared for game days. Your involvement plays a vital part in ensuring the store is ready for the buzz of game days.

In your role, you will help with daily operations, opening and closing tasks, and any other necessary activities to assist your team in achieving success. With a positive attitude and a genuine interest in customer service, you will contribute to creating the Rally House vibe that fans find irresistible and return for repeatedly.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Demonstrates the ability to effectively converse with Guests, Management, and Store Associates
• Abide by the company's requirements for the layout and organization of merchandise
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Customer service excellence: Placing importance on the guest's experience
• Competence: Skillful and accurate execution of cash transactions while maintaining comfort for customers

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in completing responsibilities under moderate supervision.
• Able to express ideas confidently and coherently in interpersonal interactions.
• Exhibiting a detail-focused approach, projecting an enthusiastic attitude, possessing the functional capabilities required for basic operation of digital devices and online applications, demonstrating a growth mindset, and being outgoing

Qualifications

• Instructed to stay on one's feet and proceed.
• Interact by speaking, either in person or over the phone.
• Engage in the act of using hands to feel, handle, or operate various objects and controls.
• Reach out by extending the hands and arms.
• Differentiate colors. Often called upon to bend down, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
