You are the brand's ambassador, tasked with greeting customers like friends, assisting them in locating their beloved team gear, and converting casual shoppers into devoted supporters. Your responsibilities encompass product display, product understanding, sales processing, and store presentation to maintain the store's readiness for game days. Your input is essential in ensuring that the store is set for the fervor of game days.

In your role, you will help with daily operations, opening and closing tasks, and any other necessary activities to assist your team in achieving success. With a positive attitude and a genuine interest in customer service, you will contribute to creating the Rally House vibe that fans find irresistible and return for repeatedly.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Successfully collaborates with Guests, Management, and Store Associates through clear and efficient communication
• Conform to the company's guidelines for the presentation of merchandise
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Emphasis on visitors: Ensuring that customer service remains top-notch
• Skillfulness: Applying expertise and precision when handling cash and processing payments

• Proficient at performing well with moderate monitoring.

Qualifications

• Instructed to stay on one's feet and proceed.
• Communicate verbally through direct contact or telephone conversations.
• Engage in the act of using hands to feel, handle, or operate various objects and controls.
• Stretch out by using the hands and arms.
• Distinguish colors. Frequently needed to lower oneself, kneel, bend, crouch, and hoist items weighing up to 50 pounds.
