Responsibilities:

• Shift management encompasses the planning and execution of employee schedules and tasks
• Customer service: commits to putting the customer's requirements first and foremost
• Refining Selling Techniques: improving approaches to effectively promote products and boost sales
• Merchandising: Following Rally House's visual guidelines by conducting floor reconfigurations and merchandise displays
• Structuring, designing plans, and executing

• Adeptness in taking the lead and motivating a team towards success.
• Showing proficiency in interacting with others through clear and self-assured communication.

Qualifications:

• Prospective candidates must be over 18 years old, with a track record of 1-2 years in retail settings, and it is beneficial if they have experience in training and coaching.
• Able to work a part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week, with an open availability that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as coverage for local sports events
• Yearning for a consistent position, with the vision of progressing in store leadership roles and expanding their career within store operations
• The role requires the ability to stand and walk, talk and listen, use hands for manipulating objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, and discern colors. Regular movements include stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
