Responsibilities:

• Shift management is the coordination and oversight of employees' work schedules
• Customer service: maintains the customer as the central concern at all times
• Enhancing Sales Approaches: refining methods to boost product sales and attract customers
• Merchandising: Ensuring compliance with Rally House's visual expectations through floor adjustments and product presentation
• Arranging, formulating strategies, and carrying out

Skills and Knowledge:

• Capacity to effectively take charge and manage others.
• Capable of expressing thoughts to others in a concise and assertive way.
• - Having the necessary practical abilities to utilize digital tools and internet programs effectively is crucial

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be of legal adult age; a background of 1-2 years in the retail sector is essential, with a preference for individuals who have experience in training and guiding others.
• Able to commit to a weekly schedule of 10-20 hours, with availability spanning across daytime, nighttime, weekends, holidays, and special local sporting occasions
• Longing for a stable position, with aspirations to grow into a leadership role within the store and develop further in operational responsibilities
• Must have the ability to stand and walk, speak and listen, whether in person or over the phone, use hands for handling objects or operating controls, extend arms and hands, and discern between colors. Routine tasks include bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
