You are the brand's ambassador, tasked with greeting customers like friends, assisting them in locating their beloved team gear, and converting casual shoppers into devoted supporters. Your responsibilities encompass product display, product understanding, sales processing, and store presentation to maintain the store's readiness for game days. Your input is essential in ensuring that the store is set for the fervor of game days.

Supporting daily operations, handling opening and closing duties, and assisting with any other tasks required for your team's success will be part of your responsibilities. Displaying a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service will help in shaping the Rally House atmosphere that draws fans back time and time again.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Proficiently engages with Guests, Management, and Store Associates by utilizing strong communication techniques
• Uphold the company's expectations for how merchandise is showcased to customers
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Guest satisfaction: Keeping the focus on the customer's needs
• Precision: Ensuring both comfort and accuracy while handling cash and processing payments

Skills and Knowledge

• Competent in operating under moderate monitoring and direction.
• Competent in conveying messages with clarity and self-assurance during conversations.
• Having a meticulous nature, showing an enthusiastic attitude, holding the functional skills essential for basic use of digital devices and online applications, cultivating a growth mindset, and being socially outgoing

Qualifications

• Expected to stand and perambulate.
• Communicate verbally through direct contact or telephone conversations.
• Utilize tactile sensation and manual manipulation with hands to interact with objects and controls.
• Reach outward with the hands and arms.
• Identify varied colors. Frequently needed to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
