You act as the spokesperson for the brand, greeting customers with hospitality, guiding them to their desired team merchandise, and cultivating enduring relationships with them. Your duties encompass product presentation, product knowledge, transaction processing, and visual merchandising to uphold the store's readiness for game days. Your participation is vital in ensuring that the store is geared up for the game day experience.

Your duties will involve assisting with daily operations, opening and closing duties, and any other help required to ensure your team is successful. With a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, you will play a crucial role in fostering the Rally House vibe that attracts fans back time and time again.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Successfully collaborates with Guests, Management, and Store Associates through clear and efficient communication
• Follow the recommended practices for maintaining the merchandising display
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Priority on clients: Ensuring that customer needs come first
• Dexterity: Expertise and accuracy in managing cash handling and ringing up sales

Skills and Knowledge

• Capable of performing tasks with limited oversight.
• Capable of articulating thoughts clearly and assertively when interacting with others.
• Characterized by a keen attention to specifics, displaying a spirited outlook, having functional proficiencies needed for basic utilization of digital equipment and online software, embodying a growth-oriented mentality, and showing an outgoing nature

Qualifications

• Enjoined to be upright and ambulate.
• Participate in conversations, whether through direct interaction or over the phone.
• Engage in the act of using hands to feel, handle, or operate various objects and controls.
• Extend outwardly with the hands and arms.
• Distinguish colors. Frequently needed to lower oneself, kneel, bend, crouch, and hoist items weighing up to 50 pounds.
