From overseeing product displays to possessing in-depth product knowledge, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance, you are instrumental in ensuring that the store is ready for the excitement of game days.

Supporting the daily operations, fulfilling opening and closing duties, and assisting with any tasks required to contribute to the team's success will be part of your role. With a positive attitude and a love for customer service, your efforts will play a key role in shaping the Rally House ambiance that resonates with fans and encourages their return.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Successfully collaborates with Guests, Management, and Store Associates through clear and efficient communication
• Comply with the company's expectations for how merchandise should be displayed
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Importance of customers: Making sure the guest's needs are always a priority
• Assurance: Providing customers with a comfortable and accurate experience during cash transactions

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in completing responsibilities under moderate supervision.
• Capable of articulating thoughts clearly and assertively when interacting with others.
• Detail-oriented, possessing an enthusiastic approach, possessing functional competencies necessary for utilizing digital tools and online platforms at a fundamental level, having a growth-oriented perspective, and being sociable

Qualifications

• Directed to assume a standing position and stroll.
• Have talks either in person or over the telephone, exchanging information verbally.
• Employ hands for the purpose of feeling, handling, or manipulating objects and controls.
• Reach out by extending the hands and arms.
• Distinguish colors. Frequently needed to lower oneself, kneel, bend, crouch, and hoist items weighing up to 50 pounds.
