Job Summary:

At Costco, it's your responsibility to make sure that products are adequately stocked, easy to find, and visually appealing to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep a constant supply of merchandise available for customers by restocking the sales floor.
• Maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction by optimizing product display and accessibility through effective organization and arrangement techniques.
• To avoid discrepancies in inventory records, it is important to perform regular inventory counts and audits.
• Assist with the organization and unpacking of incoming deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace is vital for creating a productive work environment.
• Work collectively with your team to meet the stocking objectives.
• Offer help to customers who are experiencing difficulties.

Qualifications:

• An educational requirement of earning a high school diploma or its alternative certification.
• Aptitude for managing and transporting hefty objects.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with outstanding organizational proficiency.
• Being able to handle and succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
