You are the brand's ambassador, tasked with greeting customers like friends, assisting them in locating their beloved team gear, and converting casual shoppers into devoted supporters. Your responsibilities encompass product display, product understanding, sales processing, and store presentation to maintain the store's readiness for game days. Your input is essential in ensuring that the store is set for the fervor of game days.

You will be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing tasks, and any other responsibilities needed to contribute to your team's victory. By exhibiting a great attitude and a dedication to delivering top-notch customer service, you will help cultivate the Rally House ambiance that keeps fans returning consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Successfully interacts with Guests, Management, and Store Associates through clear and concise communication
• Ensure compliance with the company's standards for merchandising appearance
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Customer care: Make sure the visitor is always the main focus
• Precision: Ensuring both comfort and accuracy while handling cash and processing payments

Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrates the capacity to work autonomously with moderate oversight.
• Skilled at confidently and clearly interacting with peers and superiors.
• Evidencing a focus on details, exuding an enthusiastic approach, possessing the necessary functional skills for basic navigation of digital devices and online applications, nurturing a growth mindset, and displaying an outgoing temperament

Qualifications

• Required to rise and move on foot.
• Engage in verbal exchanges either face-to-face or through telephone conversations.
• Perform tasks that involve using hands to touch, handle, or feel objects and controls.
• Stretch forth with the hands and arms.
• Differentiate colors. Often required to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
