Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

Your duties as a warehouse assistant include managing materials by receiving, unpacking, and organizing them, picking orders, and preparing outbound shipments. Operating forklifts, ensuring quality control, complying with health and safety regulations, and keeping accurate records of all inventory movements are also required. Your contributions play a vital role in maintaining optimal warehouse operations, which are essential for the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Safe forklift operation requires keeping the machine in good condition. Scheduling routine maintenance checks and timely repairs will ensure that it runs smoothly and does not pose hazards to others
• The opener is a critical component of the railcar that opens the doors necessary for loading and unloading cargo
• Developing expertise in all facets of elevator mechanics, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• To ensure a clean and tidy space, it may be necessary to perform tasks like scrubbing, shoveling, and vacuuming in all areas of a building
• It is imperative to maintain the cleanliness of the unloading area, railcar area, and equipment to avoid any production delays or interruptions
