Responsibilities:

• Communication: Utilizes effective communication strategies when interacting with Guests, Management, and Store Associates
• Conform to the company's guidelines for the presentation of merchandise
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Guest-focused service: Keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority
• Fluidity: Maintaining a seamless and accurate process when handling cash and operating the register

• Skilled in working independently with minimal guidance.
• Skilled in conveying messages effectively and with assurance to others.
• Being meticulous, maintaining a positive and eager mindset, possessing practical abilities essential for basic operation of digital gadgets and web-based programs, fostering a mindset focused on development, and exhibiting an extroverted demeanor

Qualifications

• Needed to be vertical and mobile.
• Engage in verbal exchanges either face-to-face or through telephone conversations.
• Utilize tactile sensation and manual manipulation with hands to interact with objects and controls.
• Stretch out by using the hands and arms.
• Identify colors. Regularly required to flex, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
