Your tasks involve organizing products aptly, having comprehensive product expertise, handling purchases accurately, and upholding the store's visual appeal. Your involvement is crucial in preparing the store for the enthusiasm of game days.

You will back up the daily operations by carrying out opening and closing responsibilities, as well as any other tasks necessary to aid the team in achieving success. Demonstrating a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service will be instrumental in maintaining the vibrant Rally House environment that draws fans back repeatedly.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Shows effectiveness in engaging with Guests, Management, and Store Associates through verbal and non-verbal means
• Ensure compliance with the company's standards for merchandising appearance
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Guest satisfaction: Keeping the focus on the customer's needs
• Competence: Skillful and accurate execution of cash transactions while maintaining comfort for customers

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in completing responsibilities under moderate supervision.
• Proficient in engaging in clear and confident communication with peers and colleagues.
• Characterized by a keen attention to specifics, displaying a spirited outlook, having functional proficiencies needed for basic utilization of digital equipment and online software, embodying a growth-oriented mentality, and showing an outgoing nature

Qualifications

• Mandated to stay in an upright position and ambulate.
• Communicate verbally through either direct contact or by making a call.
• Use hands for the manipulation and exploration of objects or controls.
• Extend by reaching with the hands and arms.
• Differentiate between colors. Frequently tasked with bowing, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
