Your tasks involve arranging merchandise appealingly, possessing a thorough understanding of the products, managing sales transactions proficiently, and preserving the store's aesthetics. Your presence is crucial in ensuring that the store is geared up for the excitement of game days.

Your duties will involve assisting with daily operations, opening and closing duties, and any other help required to ensure your team is successful. With a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, you will play a crucial role in fostering the Rally House vibe that attracts fans back time and time again.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Demonstrates the ability to effectively converse with Guests, Management, and Store Associates
• Keep in line with the company's standards for the visual presentation of products
• Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
• Guest-focused service: Keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority
• Assurance: Providing customers with a comfortable and accurate experience during cash transactions

Qualifications

• Differentiate colors. Often called upon to bend down, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
